All of that is changing. Due to diverse demographics, emerging technologies, and pressing needs, including sustainability mandates and housing shortfalls: millions of houses needed, hundreds of thousands more each year, and quality homes increasingly unaffordable.
How we’ve always done things? Ineffective and outmoded.
